Apparently the guy on the title was a Civil Engeneer, PE and an MD.



I guess we'll find out what really happened soon enough. Can bankrupcy be so bad to warrant this?
 
no vas - You think it was the same home? The photos in the listing show the house as empty, which would tell me the owners were probably not living in it?
 
It's the house next door. Looks like this is just a plain jane tragety.
