<p>Ha $462k in 2006 maybe. 2007 it's $409k maybe and since the bank has it's head in a dark place it will be more like $360k in 2008. 3bd 2ba? 1355 sqft $236 HOA. Like all REOs no interior photos. The squaters must get in the way.</p>
