Does anyone know what happened to this property? It was listed really low, went into escrow the next day, but fell out. Went in again, fell out. Lowered the price and it sat and then went off the market. It was already an REO, so why would it be removed?
 
The bank is probably getting it ready for <a href="http://www.ushomeauction.com/">the auction</a>, or maybe selling it in a bulk package. Of course, we need Deuce to give us an update on what is happening on the MLS.

Escrow closed on 2/26/09 for $300k or $198/sf (entered escrow on 2/12/09). The owner is a family trust and the associated address is located in Irvine and paid cash so it looks like an investor.
