It's the nicest beach home I've ever seen. I think the see through porch or deck ruined me for any other type of beach homes.

ehh whats 70-90k a year. only about 9-12k a month. Chump change against a 60k a month mortgage.

Insurance? I remember seeing something on 20/20 w/ John Stossel about the folks who have homes near the water.

Not only do they get help from their insurance but the state or gov assists them as well.



John Stossel was admitting that he received help from the goverment when his beachfront home was damaged by a storm.
