I've been keeping an eye on Woodbury listings for a while on redfin, and still don't quite understand where the housing market is going. First 38 Twiggs and 25 Shepard both went for more than $1.4 million even in this economy, then 58 Winding Way has been on the market for more than 3 months, then up it's asking price from $1.18 million to $1.19 million, and now looks like it finally got an offer. Anyone know if it received an offer for the asking price of $1.19 million? What surprised me more is that its neighbor 52 Winding Way (which originally listed at $1.19 million and no offer over the last 30 days) all of a sudden upped its price to $1.325 million! What's going on?

Sellers are getting greedy because they see the lack of inventory + hungry cash buyers on the street waiting to riot if they won't be able to buy a home in Irvine.
