We are moving to the new location and looking for someone to take over our existing lease at Windwood Glen Apartments @ Irvine. It's a beautiful 2BR/2BA (927 sqf) apartment located on the ground floor. <span style="color: red;">If you will take over my existing lease I will give you $1500.00 cash, which will bring your out of pocket rent to $1350.00 per month. Our existing lease will expired on July 12th, 2009.</span>
<span style="color: green;">For the lease transfer, the only thing you have to do is qualify (credit check) with our landlord (irvine company) and once qualified, they will remove our name from the lease and add on your name to the lease.
