If it's like all the other 98% of homes on parma then it's 3,100-3,103/sf with 5bed/3-4bath. Not a bad price by that investor, I give it about a week before that puppy is back on the market at $800k+. Easy money baby...wish I had $700k in my bank account.

I hear ya. That's a lot of money to gamble with, though. I've seen two REO's (I think they were REO's) flipped recently, both low end properties. One I think they may have made about $30,000 or so. Waiting for IPO's closing data on the other one.
