Woodbury is close (2 mi) to the Frank Bowerman landfill. As an engineer would you be concerned? I am looking in that area also...but the landfill concerns me. Also the community feeds into the worse High School in Irvine (Irvine High) so those are things to think about also.
Landfill or not, people still buy. Look at Lambert Ranch, people can say whatever they want to say about it being right next to the landfill, but they still sell out.
