Looks like the community is also surrounded by lot of open areas but what is this littl area in the middle of the developement called Oil Consolidation?

did they announce plans to change the take-off flight path from over newport bay to over the SA river, a few miles northwesterly?
 
pricing wise, how much will these homes sell for, starting price? will there be a demand for this part of newport?
