I was keeping an eye on one property in northpark square (21 Bolinas), it was listed for 486,000. But i don't see it anymore. Anyone know what happened to it?

I asked irvinerealtor about the property, he mentioned that it went into escrow. No funny business there, the price was legit. I thought the sq/ft and price was good too. Did you get a chance to take a look inside? What?s up with that address? We drove and walk the neighborhood once and I couldn't really tell how to find the address...

I visited this property a few weeks back and it was in real bad shape.. no light/water, smoking smell, no appliances left, no built in speakers left, need new color and flooring etc.. but i was keeping an eye since the price was good.

That balcony on the first picture, is that part of the unit? Or is that somone one else living above you? What is it attached to? The Master Bedroom?

They haven't put many pictures but it looks like the same plan. Backyard of 21 Bolinas was smaller and the condition was very worse (it is a REO).
The balcony is not of the same unit. It is of the next util (which is all upper level - 2 BD unit). Balcone sits above the garage. That's the only part where someone is above you. This unit is probably attached with kitchen/bathroom area (not sure about that though).
