Using your index, what year would this rollback be? Sold for $1.4M in 2006, went back to the bank for $1.06M in 4/08. People who went into escrow on Ojeda (list $1.248) which is the same sq. footage and one block over must be pissed. They are still in the contingency period so they may get lucky. I assume that this house will sell for more than list but in any case it will do some damage to the neighboorhood.
