20 Silver Crest (Turtle Rock)

Doe anyone know what is going on with this house? I remember seeing it on the market months ago for the same price. I know that it is a complete fixer upper, but why hasn't it sold yet? Is the seller not willing to budge on price? It says it has only been on the market for 37 days on RedFin, but I know it was on for much longer just a few months ago.

I asked a local realtor about this place some time back and I think it was a short sale then. I?ve driven by this house several times and this has to be one of the most disappointing locales in Turtle Rock. The street is cramped and the house looks claustrophobic as well as being in a terrible location, Turtle Rock Dr. is your back yard and there is no useable driveway. I suspect this one is heading <$500k.
