Hi all new to forums. Lots of great info on here. I am finally ready to make a purchase in OC. Wanted to get everyone's thoughts on a good area for a 1st time buyer! thanks
 
all of those areas could be perfect for you... or not. that's a very question that depends on our circumstances, family situation, work, and personal preferences. i would do a search for MV, tustin, and FV because all of those neighborhoods have been discussed at length in their own threads.
