Those of you wondering if premium lots are justified, I can say without a doubt it is truly a wise investment and worth making a phone call to the in-laws for the extra capital. As I mentioned before, when family, friends and even neighbors start to probe you about your purchase, the release of dopamine will put you on cloud 9 as you tell them that the folks ten phases after you paid the same price and got screwed overcharged and received a lot less than what you got. That satisfaction alone is lifelong as you will be repeating that story to your grand kids a thousand times.

LOL.  We need to save this and repost it every time a noob is asking about if lot premium is worth it.
