If you have been wondering what's going on at Portola Springs? it's time to take a closer look at this popular Irvine Village, where you can now tour 15 models. I went and checked it out last week and it offers something for everyone, especially the value that we've been waiting for.

Are you from The Irvine Company?  If you are, it's OK to say so.  It will be fun to have a representative from TIC here.

When will the Sevilla models be open?

Cherlyn needs to get approval from the marketing/PR director before he/she can respond to your question.  Hold tight....

I am sure TIC would not officially sanction discussions on internet forums due to potential information leak or potential PR issues.
It would be fun to hear from someone who still works for them, instead of someone who got canned and is upset at the entire city for it.

It's okay--we don't bite. Please keep posting from TIC  :D

How exactly do you define value?  What are the Mello Roos again?  and why do you have to pay to drive on the toll road after paying all that money in taxes?  I think the Irvine Company should provide a free Fast Track good for five years to anyone who buys one of their new homes.

It's a weird post... it starts off sounding like TIC marketing, even a registered symbol for Portola Springs... and then it ends like she has been looking for a home.

Either come out straight as TIC sales or act like a homebuyer... trying to do both doesn't work very well.

(there are actually some other posters here who I thought were TIC... and probably could be... hehe)

Cherlyn has to be from TIC.  Just the wording has TIC marketing written all over it.

Ask the site host to back track the various "bread crumbs" back to who is person is. Come on, who uses "value" and registration symbols in their every day conversations. I'm A-OK with having any PR hack sign up and contribute, but astroturfing is a no-no.

Don't miss the Grand Opening of Stonetree Manor and Four Quartets -- distinctively designed by Robert Hidey Architects -- within the highly acclaimed village of Woodbury in Irvine this Saturday, October 16th at the newly decorated Stonetree model home located at 50 Revival in Woodbury!

We (oops, I mean "they") will have light refreshments to enjoy!
You're hired!

No. He forgot the trademark sign after Woodbury. By the way, Portola Springs does not have a trademark sign , it has a ?. Does that mean Portola Springs is not as highly acclaimed as Woodbury? And what about Woodbury East? It has nothing?
Actually, I think  ? > ?... anyone can put a ? on something, but ? means it's actually a registered trademark at the USPTO.
