    Eastwood Village--devoid of any personality, almost feels like a hot, deserted ghost town. But I would agree maybe the most innocuous new community when it comes to some kind of environmental toxicity.

    It's a nature preserve for a few species of birds. Does community commercial mean it's marked for a market or store? Doesn't seem large enough plot of land. Actually, now that I look at the zoning map, it does seem large enough for a shopping center.
