I don't think an HOA can prevent a facility from existing. That said, as a business owner you probably don't need the additional monthly dues and someone monitoring and up your ass at all times.

I did exactly that and can echo the sentiment. Settling down here in the OC is much better than being up in the Bay. Spent 8 years in the Bay and then shifted to working remotely which enabled me to come down to Irvine. Never looked back.

I'm loyal to Tesla. I've owned a Model 3, Model Y, and now Model X. I'm passing on the Cybertruck, though. The only reason I'd buy it is if I owned my own business and could leverage the attention the cars get with a custom advertisement wrap.
