    Why so nasty, TestingIrvine? It is hard to see how a 50% appreciation of house prices over two years is sustainable. Its even a bit of a stretch to see how 2019 prices are sustainable, but I suppose with WFH for the silly valley set, it may be.

    This is only true if you charge your batteries for free, like at your office.  Otherwise, you need it account for the electricity costs (whether via company or amortizing your rooftop solar).
