Nope. There are a few listings in Great Park. Plus several new builds over there around that size and priced well under $2M. Solis park has homes almost 3,000 sq ft for about $1.6M.

I didn't open it, but it was a home mortgage company, addressed to my landlord and her husband and appeared to be a statement.

She has a mortgage, as far as I know. We received the statements for a few months until they changed the mailing address.
