    Presidential Elections

Don’t forget this happened in Japan and unlike Trump, Abe was actually killed. It happened in one of the safest countries in the world I might add.

Don’t forget the chances of PS burning down is higher as well and has happened in the past. While I had difficulty with my agent here in OC at the time, she did provide insights into PS being a fire hazard and being a bit far from pretty much everything (freeways, retail, etc). Don’t get me...

You should be a politician. Newsom will definitely approve that type of messaging when it comes to raising more state funding. On a separate note, it concerns me that financial literacy is not required in schools. But also not shocking why it isn’t.

If I hit all the greens on Irvine Blvd I will be in GP in 5-7 mins and $0 in MR. Paying 11k annually to be walking distance to the park(s) is crazy.

I really want to know why people are fine paying 11k in extra taxes in GP. I feel like one would need to host a party every week at the clubhouse and swim at the pools everyday in order to justify the extra taxes. Would rather put that 11k in the S&P 500 and let that compound instead.

Cutting HR and admin is not going to lead to much change in costs. There were definitely a lot of engineers impacted. I work in tech and also have friends that do as well.

Besides a black swan event, unemployment is usually the indicator. There were a bunch of $$ pumped into the market to ensure the pandemic didn’t cause a mass layoff like 08. Were there still layoffs? Yes, but those layoffs were mainly in tech who on average make 300k+. They will be fine...

PS has a higher chance of wild fires and has been impacted in the past. PS will burn down before it reaches GP.

It seems like private school isnt an issue for the OP. If that’s the case I wouldn’t buy in PS or GP. Instead look at neighboring cities where you can maximize your buying power.

No offense to anyone here but if one really values education, it’s a joke that they want to send their kids to a public school. I don’t care how good a public school is they are not going to be better than private.

Well there is no such thing as a perfect home. You can’t have everything and not pay up for what you want. In your case you value education and if that’s the case you might as well pay up the premium or you can live in other areas and send your kid to private. On a side note, it’s good to know...
