    I know someone using uber kid for their kid’s transportation from Quail Hill to University HS everyday. Bunch of my son’s friends from Stonegate use carpooling to OCSA and private bus to Troy. You can try to hook up with people in your area.

    Have Shea Homes announced pricing for Cielo? My guess is Plan 1 will be at least $2.6 comparing to Olivewood homes. You probably can get $2.2 for your Bluff if not little bit more but interest rate will hurt though.

    That view lot is at T-bone location so is @lot 62. 😀 $2.7 for 3200sqft w/ corner lot. After upgrade and landscaping, it’ll be $2.9. Yikes. PS is no longer affordable housing anymore. Good luck CalBear. 😎

    Luna Park home owners will probably have to pay “Great Park CDF No.2013-3 Special Tax” if you look at the map for this tax. Maybe they’ll -$1700 which goes to IUSD.

    It doesnt make sense that foreign investors are allowed to buy US national debts, bonds, various securities but not real estate. Pick and choose to your own liking is not a capitalist model. Free trade has its price.

    I have tesla L2 charger in my garage which i’ve only used a few times due to free supercharger miles. It’ll be handy once i get my rivian r1s. I hope it’ll come with NAS charging port.

    Woodbury has its premium but not $1k/sqft. Lots of people love woodbury because of the amenities and the school for some reasons. Sold my house there last year for near $800/sqft and i thought it was already expensive 😀. The only thing I miss is Woodbury 7 pools vs 2 in Eastwood.

    You must be Hal (hint: Shallow Hal). Just got back from a work trip in Green Bay, i can tell you it’s quite the opposite. In reference to Tesla vs other EV cars, 99% of new Teslas come with some sort of manufacture defects. Its quality is sh!t. All my neighbors, co-workers and myself included...

    Fresco @ Eastwood Village

    IMO the three model homes (plus ones) would sell much less than the original model homes due to lot sizes and no neighbor in the back. $3.1 mill for that Model 3+ is nut. I still prefer the original ones even though they are little smaller.
