Not even gonna try to interpret that and figure out how it's comparable. If you can't smell or see the landfill then who cares if you're living next to it. It's not like the traffic can get any worse for these new homes anyways.

Wow you're out here doing god's work. I have rarely heard or read of complaints of the landfill odor from existing OH communities though. Hopefully the smell isn't as bad as it might seem.

that sounds very possible. But if we're being fair, AAA was there first in the middle of the mountains years before north Irvine was all built out. Don't know why Irvine is creating problems for itself.

I definitely think PS is one of the best (if not the best) villages in Irvine. I just wish there was more diversity in terms of entertainment and retail. And by "diversity" I mean the bare minimum. Next time you are out in the Altair area would you mind taking pictures of said construction...

That noise was 100% from Jeffrey or Irvine Blvd (or Portola). Unless you live in Stonegate East right next to 133, I very highly doubt any sound from either toll road could carry that far.
