    ICE or EV?

While Tesla is probably the best EV for road tripping, it's still no where near as convenient as ICE. The supercharger is fast and plentiful in the West but hasn't caught up with gas stations. Tesla also limits you to 80% charge at busy locations which is really annoying when you're to minimize...

    COVID-19 Retail Openings and Closures

Tried Maji today. Not a fan of the curry. There is spice/flavor but too sweet for my preference. Coco Ichibanya and old Curry House tasted better. Also, the menu is very limited and the portions are small and is more expensive vs Coco Ichibanya.

    ICE or EV?

If you're doing a road trip, Tesla has a huge advantage. I've seen multiple online reviews of broken 3rd party chargers, slow charging, or not enough chargers in the right places.

Orchard Hills, Lambert Ranch, and Portola Springs are all in fire danger. Buyers should care but they don't and the city keeps building. City plans look good so far-- extending JOST past Portola, two new parks, and multiple hiking trails. We lose the future sports park at Portola/Jeffrey but hopefully the new parks will make up for the loss.

Some quiet quiting going on at Wagyu Grill. He probably would say the opposite thing if he had a job at McDonalds.

If you're thinking of a Model Y, better put that order in soon. Tesla will likely raise prices now that all of the Y's qualify for the full rebate. https://electrek.co/2023/02/03/tesla-model-y-gains-full-access-7500-ev-tax-credit-80000-price-limit/

I've gotten accustom to an empty parking lot for over two years. It's crazy how many more customers Hmart attracts vs the old Albertson.
