    thats pretty much what we have and we check regularly to see if we can do better.  we had an opportunity for 3.5 just a couple days ago during the fear of crash but i dont think you will see better.

    Have you guys ever had issues with the HOA?  Most HOAs say only approved instructors can teach in the HOA pools.  We are sending our daughters to waterworks but learning at the local pool seems so much more convenient.

    How long did they wait for him to come out?  If it was even 5 minutes, its usually fast enough for a cop to show up.  Personally I would have held the door from the outside trapping him in there.

    Not sure what insight you can get from this survey.  If its to find salary as IHO notes, it varies widely across industry.  I have a friend who is a CEO of a 20 person company and makes much less than another friend who is just a sales guy at a fortune 500 company.
