I am not expecting prices to drop to $700K, if that's what you're thinking- but comparatively speaking, I think Newport Coast at times looks like a better "deal" than Turtle Ridge.

It does sound like a silly floor plan- and I am sure baby boomers want nothing to do with climbing 3 flights of stairs.

I guess- what i meant was- what were these prices in Phase I when they started building in 2003?
