President Trump

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
I agree that doing so in an Easter tweet is not in good taste. That said, Trump is not the first President to insult his own citizens. That honor goes to Obama. Biden took it to a whole new level and imo has surpassed Trump in crudeness. Just because Biden’s media allies don’t cover it doesn’t mean it didn’t happen.

As much as you and MK like to claim TDS and MMS bias, the hypocrisy is thick.

All the blame is on Dems and no blame on Trump.

Listen to yourselves, it's so delusional. Both sides are to blame and when the sitting president is causing havoc politically, financially and socially, he bears the brunt of the fault.

I don't mind the political unrest but the others are a very slippery slope.

Are you saying transgender is a slap in the face?
Promoting transgender day over Easter certainly was

What you see as “havoc politically, financially and socially” is in reality just a reversion to the mean, a reset back to the norm from liberal overreach and extremes. 👍🏽😂😂😂🇺🇸

I poke fun at it but I can be objective... this Hegseth thing is overblown. He just needs to close down his Signal chat groups and be more vigilant with communications.

Again... acceptance vs petty hate and revenge... tells me more about you too.

Show me the unprovoked social posts that are comparable to Trump's Easter hate post. Just because you say it doesn't mean anything.

I'm sure you'll spin it but I'm interested in this particular form of derangement (you still haven't proved that trailer full of ballots).

I know you don't read your own links, just the headlines but can you tell me what the article says? Because:

Devout christians view Easter as an important religious holiday; not just some holiday where one enjoys easter brunch and the kids participate in easter egg hunts. I highly doubt you'll find many transgender devout christians but you'll find many devout christians who do not agree with gender ideology. That post was in poor taste because it showed a lack of empathy towards how these christians might feel about transgenders being promoted on such an important religious holiday.

The foundation of every grievance and movement originating from the left involves an oppressed and an oppressor. Obama used race as a cudgel for his advocacy for blacks; at the expense of law enforcement and the far right extremists. Trump uses the far left extremists in his advocacy. Obama used more measured language than Trump and you probably agreed with him which may explain why you don't see the attacks. Trump uses social media a lot but Obama used his speeches. Biden calling Trump voters "garbage" is pretty crude but to call Trump supporters an "existential threat" almost sounds like a call to action to far left extremists to attack Trump supporters. Hence my initial comment.

What did Trump do on Easter? Man you keep digging that hole deeper.

So you didn't read the article either... and I'm not sure what morekaos did but I think this was the first link he posted because I had opened it on my phone and looks like he edited it because it's pointing to a different article now:

3/31 was chosen as Transgender Visibility day long before Biden commented on it:

Easter does not fall on any given day but just so happen to coincide with Easter... not something Biden was trying to promote over Easter.

Even the CNN article quotes a senator who is a pastor:

Responding to Johnson’s statement on X that holding the Transgender Day of Visibility on Easter is “abhorrent,” Democratic Sen. Raphael Warnock of Georgia said Sunday: “Apparently, the speaker finds trans people abhorrent. And I think he ought to think about that.”

Warnock, the senior pastor of Atlanta’s Ebenezer Baptist Church, told CNN’s Dana Bash on “State of the Union” that the Republican response marks “just one more instance of folks who do not know how to lead us trying to divide us.”

“This is the opposite of the Christian faith,” Warnock continued. “In a moment like this, we need voices, particularly voices of faith, who would use our faith not as a weapon to beat other people down but as a bridge to bring all of us together.”

Do you actually know what a devout Christian is?

Christian = Christ like, and Jesus accepted everyone, regardless of gender ideology.

Christianity is not about attacking other people or petty name calling... Christianity is about uniting and loving people despite their differences.

Warnock the wife beater is not a great spokesperson for Christian values😂😂😂😂🤦🏽‍♂️

This from the Orlando Sentinel: "The Trumps headed back to Mar-a-Lago after the church service to have their annual brunch and Easter egg hunt with Trump’s older sons Eric and Don Jr., and their families." I'm curious where you're going with this.....

You're making a huge assumption that most Christians know that Transgender Day of Visibility is 3/31. You're also making a huge assumption that most of them follow CNN or other liberal media outlets. Bottom line is many in the Christian community were offended.

You keep assuming that devout Christians were insulted by Biden's post even though it's not his fault March 31 fell on an Easter Sunday and then doubled down saying what devout Christians do (not just brunch and Easter Egg hunt).

Wouldn't devout Christians also be irritated that Trump himself does not do what they do? According to several news sources, he did not attend church but instead decided to post hate on social media (which you again admitted was wrong and then edited it away):

And exactly how is Trump "bringing back Christianity" by being so un-Christian like?

Biden should have either downplayed, moved or ignored the Tran Day knowing full well it fell on one of the holiest of Christian days..instead he purposefully promoted it…that’s the slap

Here's an article from Christian Broadcasting Network about Biden's 2024 Transgender Day of Visibility proclamation. Perhaps a more suitable party to tell you the same thing:

"The declaration drew an immediate outcry from Christian leaders in both the evangelical world and government. Samaritan's Purse C.E.O. Franklin Graham posted a message Saturday on X, reading in part, "On the most significant day of the Christian calendar, when the Church around the world celebrates the resurrection of Jesus Christ who died and shed His blood for the sins of mankind, the Biden administration uses this opportunity to flaunt sin, to glorify sin, and to celebrate sin."

https://cbn.com/news/politics/biden...h-declaring-transgender-visibility-day-easter

You are correct that Easter Sunday happened to coincide with Transgender Day of Visibility in 2024. With that knowledge, why would Biden or anyone in Biden's administration think it's a good idea to make the Transgender proclamation on Good Friday? The optics were bad and as I said it showed a lack of empathy towards how Christians might feel. Biden, being a lifelong practicing Catholic, should have known better.

My initial comment was "Devout Christians view Easter as an important religious holiday; not just some holiday where one enjoys easter brunch and kids participate in easter egg hunts." How the heck did you end up concluding from that statement that Trump is a devout Christian or that I was referring to Trump?

This is what you and irvine buyer do not understand.

Acceptance of everyone is what Jesus preaches. That's part of what Trangender Visibility is about.

What did Trump do on Easter? He hated on as many people as he could. That's more of a slap to what Jesus is about.

Sorry guys... you can't spin this one.
