The judge defined sexual abuse so broadly that if you were taking a picture with someone else and put your hand over that person's shoulder without consent, you could be found guilty.

Carroll claimed that Trump had raped her, specifically citing penetration. However, she provided no relevant evidence to support her claim. What she provided was a story that changed over time, numerous lies, and statements and interviews where she fantasized about rape and about how rape can be sexual. The judge did not allow any of these inconvenient facts to be presented to the jurors, nor did the judge allow into evidence information about George Conway soliciting Carroll to file the suit and Reid Hoffman (major democrat donor) funding the lawsuit.

Because Trump is so special, the judge decided to give jurors not one but two shots at finding Trump guilty of something; with the second shot being sexual abuse. The judge made the bar for sexual abuse so low that the jury would likely yield the desired result and the rest is history.

Georgia appeals court disqualifies Fulton County DA Fani Willis from prosecuting Trump

A Georgia Court of Appeals on Thursday disqualified Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis from prosecuting the case against President-elect Donald Trump and his alleged co-conspirators over charges of 2020 election subversion.

The long-awaited decision, in a state criminal case against Trump that was already on hold, raises questions about whether the case can move forward in court. The appeals court found that Willis’ office can’t prosecute the case, so a new special prosecutor would need to be appointed for the case to continue.

The appeals court found that a “significant appearance of impropriety” was enough to potentially taint the case in the public eye. The appellate court decided, however, it wouldn’t dismiss the sprawling racketeering conspiracy case entirely.

Every single one of these cases, including those that have been decided by judges, are going to appeal. Those appeals will kill off any penalties, and if not, by 2028 President Vance will issue a blanket pardon.

All of this, just to keep the swamp alive.... People often say "Why don't we get good candidates to run anymore?" when the clear answer is directly in front of them.
