New construction year end deals?

I had an odd voice mail today (11/25/2024) from "an associate of Joyce Lee, sales manager at Toll Brothers". The caller left a message about some TB homes they have new incentives on.

I haven't visited a TB tract in 2 years, but it seems it's important enough for Toll to reach me about this important news. Weird messaging, given how well Irvine homes are selling... Or are they? Perhaps there are deals out there with publicly traded builders who need to meet year end goals.

Anyone else getting these phone calls or seeing any special offers being tossed out?

TB's fiscal year ends at end of October. Their next quarter is end of January. They might be acting ahead of time, as Dec and Jan are the two coldest months for housing market.
