It's the best lot in the Knolls tract and probably the home upgraded home in the tract.

That being said, we got a total of 3 offers and we sent out the best & final counters earlier this morning.

Got word from escrow earlier this afternoon that the transaction closed. The final sales price was $1,710,000 or $110,000 above the asking price and $210,000 above the highest Plan 3 model match closing. Congrats to both the buyer and seller.
