2 Floor 4-5 Bedroom Homes in Great Park

There is not much information on this but looking at the website there are two homes by Taylor Morrison which will be in Parasol Park of Great Park close to the new small retail center called The Canopy that will be build in Great Park. Even though it says Luna Park it will be in Parasol Park because there is a board on the street stating the homes that will be built there.

Do you know when the Taylor Morrison Lily and Ovata developments will be completed? Do you have any idea of the starting pricing for Lily and Ovata?

Floorplans are up now for these two tracts. I'm actually surprised that Taylor Morrison chose to go with traditional SFRs for Lily versus the rest of the surrounding home styles. The plans and exteriors are very boring though.
