Looking for one bedroom condo in Huntington Beach for family getaways- prices roughly 1 mill and hoa 5-700. I know u could get a lot more further away- 2 bedroom too much money for us. Is this a bad idea??? This would be across street from sand
I appreciate everyone’s input- what do you guys think about the hoa crisis in Florida will it come here too hoa changing from 500-2000 a month due to insurance etc???
