Not rumor anymore, the listing agent told me they accepted a $1.2m shortly after I submitted an offer.

unbelievable but true as per above! Wow! Thats like 700 /Sqt and over 100K of asking price.

I sold my EW detached condo a month ago...sometimes feel I should have waited until now to put on the market to be able to command a higher price...Houses seem to be trading like stocks nowadays, sell it only to realize its up 10% or more in the next few days!!

Inventory is at the lowest point that I've ever seen in the past 15 years...prices are only heading one way and that's UP.  No cash or correction is coming in the foreseeable future.

The FED is STUCKED. The only way for this to crash is for the FED to take a stance of hiking rate fast. And they not doing it.

Look how they can?t even taper assets purchase. They can only think about it. If they do raise rate, the entire economy would crumbled. So inflate away.

Don't know when they will raise, but even if they did, it would be in increments of 0.25% I believe. Don't think the economy will crumble on a 0.25% move up.

Good point. And as soon as numbers dip right after a 25 point raise, FED will signal pause or even go back.
