What does Irvine Real Estate and Admissions to Georgia Institute of Technology have in Common? Ultra High Barrier of Entry, Ultra High Demand with limited Supply. The households who got into the Irvine housing market back in the mid 90s and 2011, would not be able to enter the market today. Similiar to Georgia Tech, the students who got into Tech in 2011, wouldn't have a chance getting admissions in 2023. Same could be said about USC student applicants who applied in 1990s vs 2020s.
