What I'm asking is does anyone know if the current IUSD luna park homes could be rezoned saddleback like most of the neighborhood already is? Rezoning can occur from what I've read but has that ever happened before to a different school district?
There's a small number of Luna park homes that are zoned for Irvine school district- why did they do that isn't it odd they are sort of in the middle of Luna park. Is it likely if you buy one you'll eventually be rezoned???
I have a question- suppose under the new rules the listing agents’ real estate firm shows you a house then you want to put offer on it. If you didn’t sign a buyers form- are you bound to that agency to put in offer?
I appreciate everyone’s input- what do you guys think about the hoa crisis in Florida will it come here too hoa changing from 500-2000 a month due to insurance etc???
Looking for one bedroom condo in Huntington Beach for family getaways- prices roughly 1 mill and hoa 5-700. I know u could get a lot more further away- 2 bedroom too much money for us. Is this a bad idea??? This would be across street from sand
